How much notice do you need?

Our concierge consultants prefer as much notice as possible but we can take your booking as little as 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate emergency requests.

What methods of payment do you accept?

The Friendly Concierge accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also accept cash and money orders.
